- Manage the social media accounts of both Ladder Global and its clients.
- Monitor the social media accounts of Ladder Global and ensure that all pages are up to date and all posts go up on time and correctly.
- Brainstorm and execute / campaign ideas for Ladder Global and its clients.
- Study the analytics of the campaigns run to determine the performance of the campaigns run and suggest iterations to make improvements.
- Help create the analytics reporting needed to be sent to clients
- Engage with clients and provide the needed service if required.
- Provide recommendations to improve the overall digital experience for customers
- Become proficient in all the tools needed for the role
- Expertise of social media platforms and how the algorithms work on each of these platforms
- Understanding how content marketing works
- Attention to detail when publishing
- Experience or knowledge on how ad campaigns work on the major social media platforms
- Understanding of social media, ads and web analytics and ability to arrive at meaningful conclusions based on those numbers
- Ability to come up with digital marketing strategy based on client’s goals and objectives and also looking at analytics.
