The key question to answer at this stage is to clearly define what your podcast is going to be on and why you’re creating it.

Identify your target audience

Then we’ll figure out who the podcast will benefit the most and what the pain and pleasure points of this audience are. Your podcast needs to resonate with this target audience.

Finalize the platforms for distribution and podcast formats

Ideally, you want to make video podcasts so you can publish the long-form video podcast on YouTube, shorter forms on social platforms and the audio versions on Google, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Plan out the Episodes and list of guests

We will then create content pillars and a list of episode topics we’d like the podcast to cover. We’d also list guests with expertise in those topics who could add further weight to your podcast.

Record your Podcast

If you want to do a podcast with a physical set-up, you will have to provide the video and audio footage of the podcast after the shoot. However, if it’s going to be a virtual podcast, we recommend using Riverside. We will guide you through the complete process.

Edit and polish the Podcast recording

Once we have the video and audio files for the podcast, we will put them together and make it as enjoyable as possible. In addition to the full-length podcast video and audio, we will also create a few snippets that will help promote the podcast via socials and emails.

Distribute your Podcast

We will then publish the podcasts for you on the platforms chosen under step 3. Long-form full length podcasts will be posted on YouTube; snippets of this podcast will be posted on social channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Audio format of the Podcast will be posted on Apple & Google Podcast and Spotify.

Grow your Podcast

We will use a mix of organic and paid strategies to grow your podcast. Guest appearances on other podcasts, influential people on the podcast, and offline-online community building are all great ways the podcast can grow.
