This was a brand-new product launch, so the product needed to be positioned correctly and targeted to the right audience. A brand had to be created from scratch. We were required to first create brand awareness and then generate quality leads for the brand. We were also required to study the data entry elimination industry and pass the market intelligence back to the product team. We had to work closely with the sales team and create the relevant collaterals to assist them with their sales process. Digital growth of the brand’s online platforms and lead generation were also required.

The website is designed to be user-friendly and easy for anyone who visits to get an idea about the product within a few seconds, displaying the tagline on the top left,’ Automate Your Data Entry Into CargoWise,’ and product explainer video to the right.

We have attached Demo Videos for more visual clarity. To build credibility, we have included client testimonials and case studies. The CTA’s on the website is placed to persuade the visitor to make a decision to book a ‘Demo Call’. As CargoDoc is a company that deals with data, we are being extra cautious about the privacy and security of any visitor’s data. For this, we have incorporated privacy and GDPR policies to ensure data protection. All the website details are made hand in hand with our clients.

Social Media

We have built a good presence of the brand on Linked In, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram with a few 1000s of combined following. Initially, we understood CargoDoc’s goals, objectives, and target audience. Then we created strategies based on what the client wanted to convey. Thereafter, together with our writing and creative teams we created effective messaging and distributed them on our digital platforms.

The elements used in the logo were chosen to portray the solution and the brand name at first glance. Containers play a significant role in the freight forwarding industry, and in order to represent “Cargo”, we have used the container element in the logo. The second part of the logo, which is a document, represents the document elimination and data entry elimination solution provided by the product.

For any brand, the first perception is really important, and one of the first things we considered was Colour Psychology. We decided to go ahead with shades of blue for the brand.

The blue colour represents trust, honesty, and dependability. Since the product is based on AI, we wanted the brand colour to portray that CargoDoc can be trusted and depended upon to help transform a business’ data entry process. The blue colour also represents the concept of ‘infinite’: in our case the endless possibilities with the power of AI. The tagline of the brand “Automate your data entry into CargoWise” was to address our niche target audience directly.

Video Production

We have created demo videos and animated videos in which we have explained what the product actually is. We have also created more education and sales-type videos intending to drive more traffic to the Cargo Doc website and their socials.

Results

We were able to complete the branding and launch the website within 1 month. We started growing the social channels, perform SEO, run email campaigns and run paid ads and started generating quality leads for the brand within 2-3 months. We got top Search rankings for select keywords. We have generated multiple quality leads for the brand as of now.
