Home Makers is a property development company based in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka. They have been in business since 1966 and have a portfolio consisting of over 500 residential and commercial buildings. The company’s mission is to provide affordable-luxury housing solutions to the market.
Requirement
For the longest time, Home Makers has been able to survive as a business based on referral leads. However, with increased competition in the market Home Makers realized it was time for them to do consistent marketing to stay ahead.
They approached us to perform a digital audit and formulate a branding and marketing strategy for their company. Upon successfully completing this, they wanted us to rebuild their website from scratch, create a robust online presence, and generate leads through digital marketing.

Our first step was to perform a comprehensive audit on the digital status of Home Makers. We performed a Gap analysis. Then we identified the target audience of Home Makers and created buyer personas.
Website
The website is the foundation of all digital marketing activities. It is the online version of your store, office or HQ. We made sure that customers who visit get a clear understanding of the company by prominently displaying its positioning, service portfolio and past projects.
We made sure the website was visually pleasing to increase the retention rate. We also had clear CTAs to prompt visitors to take further action on the website.
Video Production
One of the most effective ways to showcase the properties of this brand to its clientele was to create vibrant videos backed by compelling storytelling. These videos were then distributed on the relevant channels with clear CTAs leading back to the website or an inquiry form.

We ran targeted Facebook and Google ads reaching out to our identified target audience and continued to optimize our campaigns based on analytics.
